Delivery Options
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Currently all internatonal deliveries are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 situation.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order & personalised items, please allow up to 8 weeks for lead time.

If you order next day delivery before 12pm on a Friday please note that orders will arrive on Monday. Orders made after 12pm on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday and delivered Tuesday. (Excluding bank/public holidays.)

All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes. Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster delivery and more reliable. For orders in the US, Canada and Australia, we ship using DPD for a 3-6 (working) day delivery. *Please note, DPD require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

**Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into the Russian Federation.

*** For outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs charges. Please note not all European countries are part of the EU.
International Shipping Costs
For Europe & U.S/Canada/Australia order below €50 are charged a flat rate of €10. Over €50 shipping will be free of charge.

Express shipping is €20 worldwide
Return Policy
Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot accept the order for refund;

We strongly recommend that you contact us to raise your return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days. Please contact us via email if you have any queries relating to this;

Please note that we will only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties.

Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with the returns policy, you will be refunded by your original payment method;

We strongly advise all customers to check orders thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached security tags and before disposing of any original packaging;

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;

Returns are not accepted for earrings of any type, nor for any bespoke/commissioned jewellery or made to order pieces.
Missing or Damaged Items
Kindly contact us immediately once the package is received. The missing or damaged items clause is valid until 5 days from receiving.

Duties & Taxes
Kindly check with your National Post Office for any duties & taxes.
